ID Card Terms and Condition

• This card is property of P. IMES Corp. which must be surrendered upon termination of employment
• It is issued solely for the purpose of identifying the individual whose photograph and signature appear herein.
• This card must be worn at all times within the P. IMES premises.
  Non-compliance will be cause of disciplinary action. In case of loss, please report to HR, replacement cost shall be come to the employee.
• If anyone found this identification card, he/she is requested to return to the company,if anyone is found mishandling it, then necessary legal actions could be taken by the authority.
